Europa Universalis IV geliştirici günlüklerinde bu hafta DDRJake Akkoyunlu ve Karakoyunlu devletlerini etkileyen değişiklikleri tanıtıyor.

Merhabalar, bir başka Salı günü daha bir başka Europa Universalis IV günlüğü ile karşınızdaydım. Geçtiğimiz hafta sizlere İslam dininin mekaniklerinde yapılan bazı değişikliklerden bahsetmiştik. Bu hafta 15. yüzyıl ortadoğusunda çok önemli bir yere sahip 2 Müslüman devletten bahsedeceğiz, Akkoyunlular ve Karakoyunlular.

Uzun bir süre boyunca işe oldukça yüzeysel yaklaşıp bu iki devlete de bozkır göçebesi yönetim biçimi vermiştik, zannediyorum artık bu ülkelerin de kendilerine has bir yönetim biçimine sahip olmalarının vakti geldi. Akkoyunlu ve Karakoyunlu devletlerinin sahip oldukları özel boy federasyonu yönetim biçimi aşağıdaki bonusları sağlıyor:

• Bölge fethi sonrası 5 yıl daha kısa ayrılıkçılık.
• Bölge fetihinde %10 daha az warcost.

Bu federasyonların güçlenmeleri veya zayıflamaları bölgelerindeki diğer boyları etkileri altına alabilmelerine bakıyor. Savaş kazanarak ve düşmanlarınızı aşağılayarak bu özel yönetim biçimiyle birlikte federasyonunuzu oluşturan boyların size daha bağlı olmasını sağlayabilirsiniz, bu bağı kuvvetlendirmeniz daha büyük bonuslar elde etmenizi sağlıyor. Aynı şekilde savaş kaybetmek veya aşağılanmak bu boyların desteğini kaybetmenizle sonuçlanabilir.

Tribal Allegiance adını verdiğimiz bu mekanik 0 olduğunda herhangi bir bonus sağlamasa da, maksimum seviyeye getirmeniz durumunda ülkenize +%33 manpower dolum hızı ve -3 isyan riski sağlıyor. Zaman içerisinde development değerinizle doğru orantıda bu Allegiance sayacının düştüğünü göreeksiniz, aynı zamanda bu puanı bazı şeylerden yararlanmak üzere kullanabiliyorsunuz:

• General Edinmek: 40 tradition’a denk bir general edinin.
• Atçılık Eğitimi: 10 yıllığına %15 süvari combat ability bonusu.
• Asker Alımı: Normalin çeyreği süresinde başkentinizde 6 süvari çıkartın.

Arabistan’daki denize kıyısı olmayan bazı boylar da bu mekanikleri kullanabiliyor, bunun yanı sıra dünyanın geri kalanındaki diğer tribal ülkeler daha önce nasılsa şu anda da öyleler.

Akkoyunlu ve Karakoyunlu’dan bahsederken bahsederken onları etkileyebilecek bir değişiklikten daha bahsedelim, 1444’te Osmanlıların sınırları dışında kalan Anadolu topraklarındaki tüm coreları silindi, bu demek oluyor ki artık Anadolu’da Çandar, Karaman, Ramazan, Dulkadir ve Akkoyunlu devletleriyle oynamak eskisine oranla biraz daha rahat.
